Our year-long Assistant Program is designed to help aspiring stylists build confidence through mentorship, education, and real salon experience.

  • Our year-long Assistant Program combines mentorship, continued education, and hands-on salon experience.

    Assistants work alongside our team Tuesday through Saturday while developing the skills needed for a successful career behind the chair.

  • Eligible employees receive competitive pay, tips, continued education, and a 401(k) match after one year of employment (once vested).

  • After reviewing your application, we'll reach out within approximately one week if we'd like to move forward. Our hiring process includes a three-step interview process and may include a shadow or trial day.
